Senior Manager Business Planning (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and risk outlooks.
• Analyze automotive and EV market trends, OEM customer programs, production volumes, pricing, profitability, competition, and business drivers.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate opportunities, investments, resource requirements, sensitivities, and risks.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations covering operations, financial performance, forecasts, and business outlooks in English and Korean.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and execution.
• Improve financial analysis, reporting, performance tracking, KPI, and organizational development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• At least eight years of professional finance experience.
• Fluency in English and Korean is required.
• Strong experience with business planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, risk analysis, scenario modeling, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of B2B manufacturing drivers including customer programs, pricing, profitability, volume, revenue, costs, and operational performance.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or a professional credential such as PMP, CPA, or CFA.
• Knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with SAP or other business intelligence and enterprise planning systems.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge, including OEM customers, vehicle programs, production volumes, and competitive dynamics.
