What you will do

• Assist with firm business planning, budgeting, and reforecasting cycles.
• Prepare presentation materials and supporting analysis for senior leadership.
• Partner with divisional leadership to understand revenue, capital, headcount, and operating-expense drivers.
• Develop operating-budget reporting and analyze actual performance against plan.
• Drive automation, improve budget fidelity, and connect business drivers to actionable insights.
• Support quarterly and ad hoc business-planning updates with business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record; an MBA is a plus.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business management.
• Analytical mindset and knowledge of financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure, with strong motivation and work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
