Senior Manager, Finance (FP&A)

What you will do

• Lead financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans for the Vehicle Solutions pillar.
• Analyze financial performance, business drivers, trends, variances, and revenue forecasts to deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including KPIs, forecast loads, and business-unit results for corporate consolidation.
• Partner with divisional leaders and department heads on business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, and evaluate capital expenditure proposals and M&A opportunities.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, technology use, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present clear financial analysis to senior audiences.
• Experience collaborating across functions, influencing decisions, and developing or mentoring team members.
• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and effective at solving problems and driving improvements.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience supporting software or technology divisions and knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics.
• Experience with TM1, Cognos, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other budgeting, ERP, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of financial process optimization; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
