Sr Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage the consolidation of company forecasts, budgets, and financial outlooks.
• Own monthly FP&A reporting, including management reports, variance explanations, trend analysis, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate monthly financial reviews with Finance and business partners, tracking follow-up actions through resolution.
• Analyze actual and forecast performance to identify drivers, variances, trends, and emerging risks.
• Maintain forecast assumptions, documentation, version control, and supporting analyses.
• Manage and develop Corporate FP&A team members while improving reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, including 5+ years of management experience.
• Hands-on experience with financial consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management reviews.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to manage recurring financial processes, multiple deadlines, and cross-functional inputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating financial results into concise insights.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in a high-growth, public-company, or IPO-readiness environment.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, Tableau, or comparable planning and reporting tools.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or another operationally complex business.
