Program Manager

Location: Quantico, Virginia, United States; on-site. Required travel: 10%.

What you will do

• Lead complex Department of Defense and Department of the Navy programs and task orders.
• Manage program cost, schedule, performance, personnel, finances, and risks.
• Oversee large support services contracts involving multiple subcontractors.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives.
• Manage a diverse technical workforce and collaborate with government customers.
• Deliver quality products on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret U.S. security clearance required to start.
• On-site work in Quantico, Virginia, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• 15 years of program management experience, including 8 years managing DoD or DoN programs.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Experience with U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems, DoD/DoN contracts, program execution, and diverse technical teams.
