Delivery Leader (Federal Health)

Location: Hybrid or remote supporting Public Sector Federal Health clients; at least three days per week in a local office or onsite with clients when working in a hybrid arrangement. Travel required at approximately 25%, with flexible hours to support client needs and collaboration across time zones; typical hours are 9am–5pm Eastern Standard Time.

Base salary: $132,500–$265,000 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Serve on the Federal Health Practice leadership team as a delivery leader and subject matter expert for publicly funded healthcare systems.
• Manage project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, profitability, quality, status reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project staff while managing experienced professionals with significant independence.
• Collaborate with health system experts, analysts, client representatives, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify account growth opportunities, support sales efforts, and contribute to pricing, project scoping, and profitability decisions.
• Communicate delivery risks and recommend process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• Active license as a qualified healthcare professional.
• Experience providing health transformation thought leadership for federal health or related sectors, including hands-on work with publicly funded health systems from a government perspective.
• Deep healthcare system knowledge across clinical, financial, policy, operations, and data analytics functions.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including experience training and developing staff.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, using project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with managed healthcare, including commercial plans, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, or TRICARE.
