IT Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $103,040–$159,750 per year, with a 10%–20% incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead planning and implementation of large-scale and cross-team technology projects.
• Coordinate project launches, meetings, standups, milestone tracking, closeout, and post-project assessments.
• Define project vision and scope with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams while facilitating decisions on funding and delivery options.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, issues, and resource needs, and communicate project status to leadership.
• Coordinate implementation, change management, testing, and training plans.
• Work with internal teams and hardware/software vendors to resolve obstacles and conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 4 or more years of information technology experience, including project management experience.
• Agile Certified Practitioner certification, or willingness to obtain it within the first two years of employment.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and functional areas.
