What you will do

• Drive adoption of The Way We Work mindsets, behaviors, and practices across strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute adoption plans with initiative teams and leaders.
• Establish team practices, routines, and expectations that improve collaboration and team effectiveness.
• Identify organizational, process, cultural, and operational barriers and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor adoption progress, risks, and trends while applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and reinforce customer focus, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or at least 9 years of combined higher education and work experience including 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build business partner relationships, influence at multiple organizational levels, and lead teams under time constraints.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant spreadsheet, database, graphing, and presentation software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Buffalo, New York.

Nice to have

• Practical experience applying Agile, Change Management, or Experience and Process Design in a large-scale transformation initiative.
• Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
• Ability to influence without authority, with systems thinking and organizational awareness.
