What you will do

• Drive adoption of The Way We Work mindsets, behaviors, and practices across strategic initiatives.
• Partner with initiative teams and leaders to develop adoption plans, establish effective team routines, and improve collaboration.
• Identify organizational, process, cultural, and operational barriers and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor adoption progress, risks, and trends, adjusting enablement approaches as needed.
• Facilitate discussions, communicate insights, and reinforce customer focus, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Capture lessons learned and apply them to strengthen future transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of higher education and work experience including at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence without authority, manage multiple assignments under time constraints, and communicate professionally at different organizational levels.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant spreadsheet, database, graphing, and presentation software.
• Ability to build business-partner relationships and support adoption across teams and leaders.

Nice to have

• Practical experience applying Agile, Change Management, or Experience and Process Design in a large-scale transformation initiative.
• Financial services or other regulated-industry experience.
• Systems thinking and organizational awareness.
