Senior Software Engineer (Java/.NET/React)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deliver full-stack software solutions.
• Write clear, documented, well-tested code aligned with engineering best practices.
• Optimize systems for quality, performance, scalability, efficiency, and security through testing, scanning, refactoring, and monitoring.
• Analyze business and technical problems and build practical solutions for financial and regulatory software products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, SREs, and engineers across experience levels and locations.
• Monitor systems, improve reliability and manageability, and continuously address technical debt.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience designing and building scalable, data-driven software applications.
• Experience designing services-based or tiered web and mobile applications.
• Experience developing secure code and participating in financial systems security practices.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, React, Spring, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, CI/CD, and GitHub, with adaptability across the stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AKS, or Docker.
