Intermediate Software Engineer (.NET) (Fintech)

Location: Remote; hiring in Latin America

hirify.global is a US-based outsourced software development company providing engineering services to technology companies through a global team.

What you will do

• Provide SL2 support and resolve production issues affecting transactions, gateways, devices, and integrations.
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and maintain product stability.
• Monitor application health, batch jobs, ETL jobs, and gateway communication through the HealthCheck Application.
• Collaborate with the SL1 team on task prioritization and support new client and merchant integrations.
• Assist with client onboarding and offboarding while coordinating with multiple teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience with React and full-stack development using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, REST and SOAP APIs, and system integration.
• Knowledge of message queues, Entity Framework ORM, SQL Server, stored procedures, and ETL jobs.
• Knowledge of Git and experience debugging code, identifying root causes, and resolving technical issues.
• Strong task decomposition, adaptability, teamwork, accountability, and commitment to quality.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Technical support experience in fintech and payment processing.
