Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year plus a $10,000–$15,000 bonus target

What you will do

• Build pipeline and a book of business for the AI Labs vertical.
• Research target accounts and individuals, creating buying committee maps and account plans.
• Lead outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to communicate the value of AI solutions.
• Facilitate meetings, deliver demos, qualify leads, and close deals as appropriate.
• Maintain CRM and marketing automation tools to support accurate data and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on sales goals and regional growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or sales development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign data to adjust strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI solutions simply.
• Interest in AI and automation opportunities in the public sector, with the ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Resilience, relationship-building skills, and a collaborative approach.
