Associate Partner - Digital & Tech Transformation - Tokyo (Insurance & AI)

What you will do

• Drive business development and revenue growth in the Japanese insurance sector, focusing on technology transformation, digital transformation, data, and AI.
• Build and expand relationships with senior executives, CIOs, and technology decision-makers at leading life and non-life insurance companies.
• Lead consulting engagements from technology strategy and transformation planning through solution architecture, implementation, and delivery.
• Adapt global technology, data, AI, and proprietary solutions to Japanese insurance requirements and regulatory conditions.
• Establish, recruit, develop, and mentor the Insurance Technology & AI consulting team in Japan.
• Collaborate with global Insurance, Technology, and AI teams to deliver international expertise and solutions to Japanese clients.

Requirements

• Extensive management consulting experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on technology consulting and business transformation.
• Deep understanding of Japanese life and non-life insurance businesses, industry challenges, technology environments, and market trends.
• Proven experience originating and delivering technology consulting engagements for major insurance companies.
• Established relationships with senior executives, business leaders, CIOs, and technology decision-makers in the Japanese insurance industry.
• Expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, core system modernization, cloud transformation, large-scale implementation, data analytics, and generative AI.
• Strong capabilities in business development, program delivery, client account management, and consulting team leadership.
