What you will do
- Define project scope and develop approaches with project leadership.
- Lead project task execution, organize project data, and coordinate team meetings.
- Analyze client issues, develop hypotheses, and execute qualitative and quantitative research.
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
- Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development and internal firm activities.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Typically 5–8 years of relevant professional experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, and business application skills.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or the life sciences industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to lead teams.
- Fluency in English and Japanese required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.
