Solutions Lead - Core Insurance Software Solutions, Japan

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Japanese insurance customers, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Support insurance pre-sales by presenting software solutions, delivering demonstrations, and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value across the solution portfolio.
• Develop customer engagement strategies and build buy-in across organizational levels.
• Collaborate with business specialists to create and close platform expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale core insurance implementations in Japan.
• Hands-on experience with policy administration, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments and collections, and incentives and commissions management.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and back-office business needs.
• Fluent English and Japanese, with the ability to deliver compelling solution demonstrations in both languages.
• Experience working in an international environment and engaging effectively with executive-level customers.
