What you will do

• Lead customized analytics initiatives using hirify.global Procedural Analytics, the hirify.global Clinical Data Base, and other data assets.
• Integrate clinical, supply, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance implications.
• Develop dashboards, charts, infographics, presentations, and executive-ready reporting that communicate complex findings clearly.
• Apply data storytelling and visual design principles to deliver actionable insights for executive, operational, clinical, and client audiences.
• Lead analytics projects and client engagements, managing requirements, timelines, quality standards, expectations, and risks.
• Mentor analysts, review deliverables, and collaborate with data, product, and technology teams to improve analytics and visualization capabilities.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience and a relevant degree preferred.
• Expertise in complex data integration and analysis across multiple tools, products, and datasets.
• Experience with clinical and supply-based analytics in healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization or reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, dashboard-development, and data-storytelling skills.
• Experience presenting analytical insights and recommendations to senior and executive-level audiences.
