Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead advanced, customized analyses using hirify.global Procedural Analytics, the hirify.global Clinical Data Base, and other data assets.
• Integrate clinical, supply, operational, and financial data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical and supply-based analytics, including analytic design, benchmarking, and interpretation.
• Present findings to leadership and advise stakeholders on data-driven strategies.
• Oversee complex analytics projects, including requirements gathering, timelines, quality standards, and risk escalation.
• Guide data integration strategies, develop advanced visualizations, partner with data and technology teams, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise integrating insights across multiple analytics tools, products, and datasets.
• Proven experience with clinical and supply-based analytics in healthcare environments.
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting complex findings to senior and executive-level audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting rigorous deadlines and quality standards.

• Relevant degree.
• Strong working knowledge of hirify.global Procedural Analytics and hirify.global Clinical Data Base.
• Proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
