Performance Improvement Specialist Master Black Belt

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 per year

Provides consulting support to the Naval Supply Systems Command Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.

What you will do

• Support performance improvement activities for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.
• Develop, manage, and document SPIDR system, application, and data requirements.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, project initiation, project tracking, and IT standards.
• Apply the ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge or equivalent quality frameworks.
• Provide customized training and educational resources to improve Sailor skills and readiness.
• Communicate effectively during technical and business requirements discussions.

Requirements

• At least six years of direct experience as a performance improvement analyst in the government sector, preferably supporting the US Navy.
• Master Black Belt certificate.
• Experience with the Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program.
• Experience across the elements of the ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge or an equivalent recognized quality organization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in healthcare.
• Secret Clearance or eligibility for Secret Clearance required.
