Change Manager - Finance Transformation (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote-first, with office spaces in San Jose, California, and Draper, Utah.

Estimated annual salary: $115,100–$169,200 USD, depending on geographic zone and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own the organizational change management strategy and plan across Global Design, Oracle Financials Release 1, and Quote-to-Cash Release 2.
• Lead stakeholder and change impact assessments across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product workstreams.
• Translate system and process designs into role, process, control, and policy changes for impacted teams.
• Build a change network, align executive sponsors, and manage communications for leadership, teams, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with training leads and the systems integration partner on training needs analysis and delivery.
• Track adoption and readiness metrics, report risks to the PMO and steering committees, and address gaps before and after go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience on strategic transformations.
• Hands-on experience leading change for an ERP or finance transformation, such as Oracle Cloud or Salesforce.
• Experience designing change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations and working with an external systems integrator.
• Experience with stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, change networks, and adoption metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical designs in plain language.

Nice to have

• Quote-to-Cash, hirify.globaling, or revenue experience.
• Prosci, ACMP/CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.
• Familiarity with AI tools for change management, communications, and training.
