Field Specialist (Oil and Gas)

Location: Tioga, North Dakota, United States. Field time accounts for 95% of the role and desk time for 5%. Relocation benefits are not available, international assignments are not considered, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.

What you will do

• Monitor equipment performance, process variables, wells, facilities, and production data.
• Operate equipment and manage process controls, including start-up and shutdown activities.
• Perform equipment surveillance, provide first-level response, and support maintenance and repairs.
• Optimize well performance, gas injection rates, facility throughput, compression, and fluid management.
• Maintain production, injection, regulatory, emissions, spill, and downtime documentation.
• Collaborate with operations teams, participate in risk assessments and response meetings, and support training and mentoring.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial or oilfield experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft tools and SAP.
• Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and practices.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship or time-limited visa status.
