Field Operator (Oil and Gas)

What you will do

• Operate KM100%, SACROC, and LDMU production wells and facilities in accordance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Maintain and operate submersible pumps, manifold separators, tank batteries, and other production and rotating equipment.
• Test production wells, collect readings, record operational information, and distribute data through the Prodnet database system.
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures and assist with equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Support hot work and confined space permitting, report safety hazards, and cover operational needs and vacations as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience operating in the oil and gas industry.
• Operational knowledge of centrifugal pumps, three-phase separation, process flow, pneumatic and electrical controls.
• Ability to work with pressures ranging from 0 to 2,200 psi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a self-motivated and adaptable approach.
• Willingness to work overnight, cover vacations, and follow safety and company procedures.

Nice to have

• Enhanced Oil Recovery experience.
• Lockout/tagout and H2S training.
