Lead, HR Business Partner

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States; on-site at least 4 days per week

Salary: $101,500–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate business plans into HR actions, programs, and initiatives for the Reno site and potentially additional sites or client groups.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Deliver HR support across recruiting, onboarding, training, development, leave administration, performance management, timekeeping, and compensation.
• Design and drive organizational development, cultural transformation, change management, and sustainable ways-of-working initiatives.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, shared services, and business leaders to implement compliant and scalable HR programs.
• Use workforce analytics, HR systems, AI tools, and digital solutions to diagnose issues, improve workflows, and support informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering HR solutions across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent processes, rewards, and HR operations.
• Experience with HR service delivery models, Centers of Excellence, shared services, and business-facing HR teams.
• Experience supporting cultural transformation, change adoption, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance practices, with strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Must be able to work on site in Reno at least 4 days per week; hirify.global does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.

Nice to have

• SHRM or HRCI certification.
