People & Culture Business Partner (AI HR)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA

Salary: $112,000–$135,000 per year, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus and 401(k) match of up to 8%

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across the Americas sales business unit to translate business strategy into people priorities and workforce plans.
• Advise on talent management, succession planning, organizational design, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, inclusive management, team development, and managing hybrid, distributed, and cross-cultural teams.
• Support organizational change, leadership alignment, communications, team effectiveness, and collaboration across functions and regions.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary guidance, policy application, and employment-law compliance.
• Use people data, dashboards, predictive analytics, HRIS systems, and AI-enabled HR tools to inform decisions and improve organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or advisory role.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales units in a technical organization is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, employment laws, HRIS, and people analytics.
• Strong business acumen, relationship-building, coaching, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or an equivalent credential is required or must be obtainable within one year.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Spanish or German language skills, depending on regional scope.
