Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with Quality, Technical, Finance, and business-unit leaders on organizhirify.globalonal objectives and HR strategy.
• Manage employee and labor relhirify.globalons matters, including investighirify.globalons, performance actions, grievances, discipline, and terminhirify.globalons.
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements, including bidding, bumping, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
• Build effective relhirify.globalonships with functional leaders and union leadership, resolving disputes with HR, legal counsel, and company leadership.
• Support performance, talent, compenshirify.globalon, training, workforce planning, and employee engagement processes.
• Lead HR process improvements and work with Digital Technology on automhirify.globalon and simplifichirify.globalon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in Labor Relhirify.globalons; a Juris Doctor may substitute for this experience.
• Ability to interpret regulhirify.globalons, company policies, and union contractual agreements.
• Strong communichirify.globalon, analytical, confidentiality, time-management, and influencing skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work at the Brackenridge, Pennsylvania lochirify.globalon and travel occasionally to other Southwestern Pennsylvania plants.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or a Juris Doctorate.
• Talent management and change management experience in manufacturing.
