Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Kent, Washington; supports sites across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Approximately 50–60% travel is required, including reliable commuting between facilities and periodic after-hours or weekend coverage. Relocation assistance is not available.

Base salary: $125,051–$153,812 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Advise and coach leaders and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, career development, talent assessment, and workplace investigations.
• Execute site-specific HR strategies and cultural initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Lead HR processes including leadership training, staffing selection, onboarding, employee development, benefits and compensation training, and succession planning.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring consistent application of policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Develop leadership bench and seasonal staffing strategies, and support organizational change and process improvement.
• Serve on facility leadership teams and provide on-call support for critical issues at 24/7 sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience; manufacturing or consumer products experience is desired.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.
• Experience with benefits administration and annual enrollment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and availability for after-hours critical calls and periodic weekend coverage.

• PHR or SPHR certification.
