Inventory Control Analyst

What you will do

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate inventory discrepancies and identify effective solutions.
• Analyze inventory data and metrics across 15 locations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Translate analytical findings into clear reports and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Identify process improvements that strengthen inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and a Warehouse Management System.
