Manager, Advanced Analytics - DefectOne (Supply Chain)

Location: Walmart Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Build a unified performance view across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Claims & Returns, and Transportation.
• Model relationships between operational metrics to identify root causes and quantify business impact.
• Translate complex supply chain data into clear performance insights and recommendations.
• Lead the DefectOne Scorecard and integrated supplier performance reporting in M1/S1.
• Evolve supplier incentives and build scalable reporting and visualizations that drive action.
• Influence merchandising, supply chain, suppliers, and other cross-functional partners through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Strong experience in advanced analytics, data modeling, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Strong data storytelling, project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in supply chain, analytics, and/or merchandising, with the ability to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives.

Nice to have

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
• Product or Engineering experience.
