Operation Analyst (Operations and Logistics)

Location: Los Angeles HQ, onsite four days per week

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Forecast inbound and outbound volume by sales channel and fulfillment location.
• Prepare invoices, KPI reports, and documentation for monthly close reconciliation in partnership with Accounting and FP&A.
• Track departmental costs, analyze budget performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct cost modeling, distribution center capacity planning, and operational trend analysis.
• Manage and report on distribution center SLA and capacity performance while developing daily KPI tracking.
• Maintain rate card and standard operating procedure documentation and escalate operational issues appropriately.

Requirements

• 5+ consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, third-party logistics providers, and dedicated warehouses.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, ERP systems, reporting tools, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite attendance at the Los Angeles HQ four days per week is required.
