Data Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Illuminate program supply chains using proprietary and government-furnished information.
• Produce recurring supply chain risk mitigation products, reports, quarterly summaries, and annual assessments.
• Analyze alternate sourcing pathways for at-risk parts, materials, and suppliers.
• Develop mitigation action plans with timelines, owners, measurable closure criteria, and course-of-action analysis.
• Validate supply chain datasets, maintain data quality scorecards, and support onboarding and enrichment workflows.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and prepare materials for control tower sessions and executive readouts.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Huntsville, Alabama, with 3 onsite days per week.
• TS/SCI eligibility required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analysis, defense logistics, or intelligence analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, Python/pandas, SQL, Snowflake, or equivalent data analysis tools.
• Experience producing analytic products, reports, or briefing materials for government stakeholders; strong written communication and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense supply chain, logistics, or acquisition programs.
• Knowledge of CAGE codes, NSNs, or defense parts data taxonomies.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, entity resolution, master data management, or data governance.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
