What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate functions in the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers on workforce planning, hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and compensation positioning.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, talent communities, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Design scalable recruiting programs, structured interview processes, hiring documentation, and manager training.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, forecast hiring outcomes, and recommend data-driven process improvements.
• Strengthen the employer brand and use AI to improve sourcing, communications, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience as a sole or primary recruiter in a growing organization.
• Experience recruiting across corporate functions, including high-volume hiring and specialized searches.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently without dedicated sourcing or recruiting coordination support.
• Experience advising executives and hiring managers and building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
• Experience creating recruiting processes, interview frameworks, hiring manager training, and scalable best practices.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, judgment, and prioritization skills, plus responsible use of AI tools.
