Consulting Director (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual office with regular travel to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze clinical, operational, quality, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations and stories.
• Plan and manage consulting projects, workstreams, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate client discussions and present recommendations to clinical, operational, and senior leadership audiences.
• Manage relationships and expectations with mid- to senior-level client leaders.
• Develop consulting products and methodologies while guiding less experienced consultants.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, clinical operations, performance improvement, or a related healthcare environment.
• Experience leading healthcare consulting engagements, improvement initiatives, projects, or complex workstreams.
• Strong project management, facilitation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Active or eligible clinical licensure appropriate to the area of expertise preferred.
