Sr Business Consultant (Remote)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support the strategy, design, growth, and optimization of Medicare Advantage provider Value-Based Care programs.
• Develop and evaluate alternative payment models across primary care, facility, and specialty programs.
• Integrate analytical findings, market insights, and business needs into program strategy and design.
• Assess program performance and identify strategic enhancements.
• Develop value-based contracting strategies, contract templates, and program documentation.
• Create executive-ready recommendations and presentations while leading complex workstreams independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant healthcare industry work.
• At least 3 years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management across multiple divisions and delivering presentations.
• Strong problem resolution, strategic planning, analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to work remotely from the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree such as an MBA, MPH, MHA, or related advanced degree.
• Direct experience with Medicare Advantage Value-Based Care strategy and alternative payment model design.
• Experience with provider network strategy, provider contracting, contract development, provider performance, or Medicare Advantage Stars.
• Experience translating analytical findings into strategic insights and decisions.
• Proven strategic thinking, execution, and ability to assess the impact of options.
