Sr Business Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three office days per week for flex employees

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead business analysis across functional areas in support of divisional strategies.
• Coordinate complex, strategic, cross-divisional, and enterprise-wide projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee project teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and transformational program activities.
• Analyze business requirements, gaps, dependencies, risks, downstream impacts, and solution tradeoffs.
• Partner with senior management, business teams, and technology teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and support implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, presentations, and cross-functional decision-making discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or nine years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or healthcare.
• At least three years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management across multiple divisions and managing several complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interpreting business and financial information, developing presentations, and managing stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience analyzing requirements, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.

Nice to have

• Health insurance or healthcare experience involving product, sales, enrollment, membership, provider operations, or provider data management.
• Knowledge of Facets, CCR applications, healthcare data flows, system integrations, and enterprise dependencies.
• Experience using SQL and SQL Server Management Studio for querying, validation, reconciliation, analysis, and testing.
• Basic understanding of AWS services, including S3 and Lambda.
• Experience with process redesign, system modernization, operational improvement, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
