Lead Business Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois, or Richardson, Texas; relocation will not be offered. Flex employees must work in the office at least three days per week.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, depending on skills, education, knowledge, experience, and location. The role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Drive alignment across enterprise leaders and support divisional IT strategy execution.
• Prioritize, analyze, plan, and execute IT strategies connected to business objectives.
• Lead process analysis and implementation to optimize IT work and define success metrics.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, contingency execution strategies, vendors, and business partners.
• Serve as a business liaison in the development and implementation of key IT initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and mentor teams and junior resources while managing complex timelines and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration, or healthcare functions.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques, industry trends, and business and financial information.
• Experience communicating with senior and executive leadership, preparing executive presentations, and building cross-departmental relationships.
• Experience managing and delegating work across multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, problem-resolution, communication, and information-processing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Sponsorship is not available, including for candidates currently on OPT.

• Experience developing recommendations, business cases, and executive communications from quantitative and qualitative analysis.
