Senior Director, Healthcare Decision Support & Financial Performance Advisory (Healthcare Finance)

Location: Remote within the contiguous 48 states, with residence near a major airport and travel of up to 80% weekly as needed, typically Monday through Thursday. The role is associated with hirify.global's Chicago office at 550 Van Buren.

Base salary: $250,000–$325,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $325,000–$422,500.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare CFOs, finance executives, operational leaders, and enterprise analytics teams.
• Lead assessments and transformation roadmaps covering finance, decision support, analytics, reporting, profitability, and performance management.
• Drive margin improvement, cost reduction, service-line profitability, labor productivity, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic investment analysis.
• Design executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, management reporting, data governance, and performance-measurement processes.
• Direct complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary enterprise transformation programs from assessment through implementation and adoption.
• Develop client relationships, lead proposals and strategic pursuits, and build consulting teams and practice capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare finance, decision support, analytics, or performance improvement.
• 5+ years leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives, complex engagements, or equivalent enterprise programs.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and senior finance, operational, and analytics leaders.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare provider finance, operations, decision support, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare administration, analytics, or a related field.
• Must be able to live in the contiguous 48 states near a major airport and travel weekly up to 80% as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare decision support, cost accounting, service-line profitability, and patient-level analytics.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance management, data strategy, and reporting modernization.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, decision support, and cloud data platform transformations.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, CPA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional credential.
