Senior Clinical Consultant (Med-Surg)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables

Estimated hiring range: $88,900–$155,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Analyze clinical, operational, quality, and performance data to identify medical-surgical improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, data-driven stories and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute project plans, manage workstreams and milestones, address risks, and deliver expected value.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to clinical, operational, and senior leadership audiences.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout consulting engagements.
• Improve consulting products, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital while guiding less experienced consultants.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, clinical operations, performance improvement, or a related healthcare environment.
• Experience interpreting clinical and operational data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading healthcare consulting engagements, improvement initiatives, projects, or complex workstreams.
• Strong project management, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build client relationships, collaborate across clinical and operational teams, and travel regularly and expeditiously.
