Senior Global Program Manager (Biopharmaceutical)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $141,831–$191,889 annual base salary

What you will do

• Develop and implement high-quality, integrated cross-functional project plans for pipeline and commercialized products.
• Partner with functional leads and Work Package Teams across clinical development, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, pricing, access, and reimbursement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, resource planning, financial assessments, and capacity planning.
• Lead risk management, scenario planning, contingency planning, and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate activities with external business partners and alliances.
• Document decisions, issues, action items, annual goals, and strategic inputs for Work Package Teams.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or master's degree and 4 years; bachelor's degree and 6 years; associate's degree and 10 years; or high school diploma/GED and 12 years.
• Experience in drug development, including expertise in one or more core drug development or commercialization functions.
• Program and project management experience in a healthcare-related or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with cross-functional strategic planning, integrated plans, and execution tracking.
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate a matrix organization.
• Experience leading teams through governance processes and using project management tools, methodologies, and infrastructure.
