Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead complex manufacturing engineering and Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on safety, quality, yield, cost, delivery, capacity, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements that increase product flow, first-pass yield, capacity, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze manufacturing, quality, audit, and customer data to identify systemic issues and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, including product, process, and equipment qualification and release-to-manufacturing deliverables.
• Develop capital investment proposals and coordinate the design, purchase, construction, and implementation of equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, train production personnel, and provide technical coaching to engineers, technicians, and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 5–8 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with capital equipment or semiconductor manufacturing, including machining, high-purity welding and fabrication, electromechanical assembly, or ultra-high-purity cleaning.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, SAP or comparable ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing master data, BOMs, routings, and production planning.
• Experience with process-control documentation, CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo, and PLM, MES, or electronic document-control systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or JMP, together with strong written and verbal communication skills.
