Senior Production Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Base annual salary: $102,375–$145,000

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing process improvements that increase quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive new product introduction activities and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for complex production issues and root cause investigations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and standardize manufacturing workflows across production areas.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with engineering, operations, and program teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization.
• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, manufacturing operations, and new product introduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau, as well as enterprise manufacturing systems.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
