Manufacturing Engineer I Senior (E1S) (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $65,500–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and work methods for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Create operation sequences and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions to release new products.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop workflows for discrepant material and manage related engineering decisions.
• Evaluate work methods, procedures, policies, and manufacturing project proposals.

Requirements

• Graduating with a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering, or a related field.
• Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a results-driven environment.
• Leadership skills and initiative.
