Staff Product Manager, Corporate Site (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $190,000–$270,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the corporate website.
• Drive organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments with Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Improve website navigation, information architecture, and core user flows with Design and UX teams.
• Analyze website performance data, user behavior, and funnel drop-offs to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, RevOps, SEO, Engineering, Onboarding, and Product teams to support launches and campaigns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Experience owning a corporate website product.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure complex problems, use data and first-principles thinking, and lead cross-functional work.
