Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional - McAllen, TX (Vaccines)

Location: United States — Texas — Remote; territory: McAllen, TX. Regular live customer engagement in the assigned geography is required. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Annual base salary: $76,000–$199,600, plus a quarterly sales incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global’s vaccines portfolio and drive sales across public health, private market, retail, and other relevant channels.
• Engage customers face to face and virtually, building relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, organizations, therapeutic area specialists, and key opinion leaders.
• Develop and execute territory call plans and live or virtual engagement strategies.
• Launch new products, support formulary access, and apply approved product and disease-state information compliantly.
• Use internal reports, analytics, and market knowledge to identify strategic business opportunities and customer barriers.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, sales leadership, and other cross-functional partners while completing required administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
• Relevant experience may include professional sales, promotional activity, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, healthcare or scientific roles, education, or full-time military service.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards; impaired-driving citations within the past 7 years are disqualifying.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required, and U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to reside within the McAllen territory boundaries and conduct regular live customer engagement.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing experience.
• Experience with vaccines, relevant therapeutic areas, and products.
• Knowledge of customers and markets in the posted territory.
• Strong sales or marketing results, territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
