Learning and Development Specialist (Manufacturing Training)

Salary: $57,300–$87,100 per year

What you will do

• Analyze training needs with local leadership, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and employees.
• Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate manufacturing training, apprenticeship, safety, orientation, job knowledge, and leadership development programs.
• Create standardized courseware, training materials, and learning solutions for classroom, online, and on-the-job delivery.
• Coordinate apprenticeship and training activities and support local personnel with implementation.
• Track online learning and compliance completion in the Learning Management System and analyze training evaluation data.
• Prepare reports, recommend improvements, and serve as a liaison between local managers and corporate HR/Learning & Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the functional work.
• At least 2 years of progressive work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools and multimedia training platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and the ability to design and implement effective training solutions.
