Learning & Talent Development Specialist (Retail Branch Facilitation)

Location: In-office role based in Birmingham, AL; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Denver, CO; or Dallas, TX

Base salary: $41,250.00–$82,500.00 annually

What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs.
• Consult with stakeholders and create learning resources, programs, and supporting deliverables.
• Deliver live and virtual training, including stand-up classroom instruction.
• Review learning materials for quality, accuracy, organizational relevance, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Build relationships across HR, management, business units, external partners, and learning environments.
• Analyze program data and report learning and talent development metrics to recommend improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching, curriculum development, employee development, facilitation, learning management, talent development, talent management, and training delivery.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, business acumen, live instruction, problem-solving, project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in an office-based role at one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
