Senior Learning and Development Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Fort Mill/Charlotte, NC (USA)

Salary: $71,070–$118,450 per year (varies by skills, experience, and location)

• Consult with business leaders to diagnose performance, knowledge, skill, and capability gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead complex learning products from intake and needs analysis through design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Design learner-centered curricula, learning journeys, facilitator guides, job aids, simulations, assessments, and blended experiences.
• Facilitate high-impact instructor-led, virtual, workshop, cohort, and train-the-trainer experiences.
• Create evaluation strategies analyzing feedback, adoption indicators, and on-the-job performance measures.
• Use learning technology, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve access, scalability, and program outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree (Education, Finance, or Business focus).
• 3+ years delivering live, instructor-led training, in person and virtually.
• 3+ years developing/designing learning resources.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of Program Management experience.

• Experience supporting learning in financial services, wealth management, or another regulated environment.
• Experience with LMS, authoring tools, virtual-learning platforms, simulations, and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Professional certification in instructional design, facilitation, or performance consulting.
