HR Investigations Analyst

What you will do

• Develop training schedules and coordinate delivery of HR investigations curriculum and reference tools.
• Ensure trainer and training-material readiness for quarterly delivery cycles.
• Engage participants through preparation, troubleshooting, and feedback collection.
• Support and improve HR investigations audit protocols.
• Manage investigator knowledge articles, content updates, and refresh schedules.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of human resources experience.
• Experience with project or schedule management, status tracking and visualization, training management and delivery, auditing, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and related Microsoft tools.

Nice to have

• HR investigations experience.
• Experience with training platforms such as Cornerstone.
• hirify.global Business Practices, Certified Scrum Master, or Project Management Professional certification.
