Training Solutions Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Implement, manage, and sustain LMS platforms and related maintenance-training technologies.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and maintain system uptime and integrations across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Use AI tools and multiple content formats, including SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes, to create engaging courses.
• Evaluate and incubate scalable learning technologies, including AI-driven learning, gamification, and digital certification solutions.
• Coordinate courseware projects with the GTP team, operations subject-matter experts, and training leaders to meet timeline and budget targets.
• Use LMS analytics and reporting to track learner progress, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools.
• Experience managing timeline-driven projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Pelesys.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience applying AI learning tools, gamification strategies, and digital certification management.
• Bilingual French-English proficiency.
