Senior Analyst, Finance ERP (PeopleSoft)

Location: Based at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio, with hybrid work arrangements; Mondays and Fridays are work-from-anywhere days for most roles.

What you will do

• Manage the Finance ERP close process and support the timely completion of close activities.
• Partner with IT and finance teams to maintain and enhance the Finance ERP, including the general ledger module.
• Own the Finance ERP product roadmap and translate business, accounting, and growth requirements into scalable solutions.
• Shape the future-state design of PeopleSoft Finance and other accounting systems in an agile environment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot PeopleSoft finance errors, identify root causes, design solutions, and validate fixes.
• Strengthen internal controls and support accurate financial reporting, strategic initiatives, and accounting system transformations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Understanding of intercompany and foreign currency accounting, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong planning, project management, communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with technical and business partners.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, embrace change, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
