Principal Software Analyst SAP - O2C

Location: Hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite four days per week

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and develop SAP system solutions with business users.
• Configure and support SAP AFS Order to Cash processes, including sales orders, customer master data, pricing, deliveries, invoices, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with development teams on functionality involving ABAP code changes.
• Design solutions for complex business and system issues across brands and regions.
• Create functional specifications, requirement flows, work instructions, and test scenarios.
• Perform and document unit, integration, and end-user testing for fixes and new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a business systems analyst.
• At least two years of experience working with SAP ECC and Sales and Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and functional design.
• Experience working with IDocs and engineering teams delivering ABAP-related functionality.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP AFS.
• Experience mentoring teammates and training business users.
