BPC/SAC Planning Functional Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and Information Systems teams to support financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes.
• Support SAP BPC Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud planning cycles, reporting needs, data validation, and user support.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, coordinate user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and support business readiness for system enhancements.
• Help finance users troubleshoot process and data issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
• Support SOX controls, governance, change management standards, audit requirements, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting processes, preferably with SAP BPC Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP solutions.
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, consolidation, and close processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, supporting UAT, validating system outputs, and coordinating delivery with business and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of SOX controls, governance, audit compliance, and change management in a finance systems environment.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship or work authorization support.

Nice to have

• CPA, MBA, or related professional certification.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, S/4HANA Finance SAC Planning, or enterprise planning transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, or user documentation and training.
