Sr. Analyst - Accounting and Finance

What you will do

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and Information Systems teams on financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes.
• Support SAP BPC Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud planning processes, including planning cycles, reporting needs, data validation, and user support.
• Gather and document requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, coordinate UAT, resolve issues, and support business readiness for enhancements and projects.
• Provide functional support to finance users, troubleshoot process and data issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support SOX controls, governance, change management standards, audit requirements, data quality, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting processes, preferably with SAP BPC Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP solutions.
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, consolidation, and close processes.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, supporting UAT, validating system outputs, and coordinating delivery with business and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of SOX controls, governance, audit compliance, and change management in a finance systems environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, MBA, or related professional certification.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, S/4HANA Finance SAC Planning, or enterprise planning transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops, leading knowledge transfer sessions, or developing user documentation and training materials.
