Senior Business Systems Analyst - Learning (Workday)

What you will do

• Represent learning stakeholders in product discovery, backlog refinement, release planning, and solution design.
• Analyze operational, learning, worker, access, and support data to identify trends, exceptions, and data-quality issues.
• Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, technology implementations, and continuous-improvement recommendations.
• Support the design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of learning-platform integrations.
• Manage complex platform, integration, assignment, access, data, and user-support issues, including defect documentation and resolution verification.
• Lead testing strategies, user-story planning, feedback collection, and communication with business, development, senior leadership, and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong business analysis, analytical thinking, requirements management, process modeling, quality assurance, and SDLC skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology, incident management, change management, specification development, and IT service management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders, development teams, senior leaders, and executive management.
• Ability to work in Findlay, Ohio, or San Antonio, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Learning and HRIS processes.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
