Senior Digital Product Strategy and Innovation Manager (AI)

Salary: $170,958.80–$231,297.20 annual base salary

What you will do

• Identify, frame, prioritize, and validate AI-enabled business opportunities across the enterprise.
• Evaluate data foundations, integrations, architecture, model capabilities, security controls, and operational requirements for scalable solutions.
• Design and run discovery sprints, prototypes, pilots, user research, and experiments to assess value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
• Assess LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, automation, knowledge retrieval, analytics, and intelligent workflow tools.
• Develop product requirements, opportunity briefs, technical feasibility assessments, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional and executive decision forums, manage an AI opportunity portfolio, and coach product managers and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 2 years, master’s degree with 6 years, bachelor’s degree with 8 years, associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience involving teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Preferred experience includes product management, product strategy, innovation, consulting, digital transformation, or related work.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, data products, automation, LLMs, agents, NLP, analytics, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, APIs, metadata, master data, governance, and data quality.
• Ability to influence senior executives and align business, engineering, architecture, data, security, and governance stakeholders in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, model orchestration, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with biotech, pharmaceutical, R&D, manufacturing, medical, or enterprise workflows.
• Experience leading AI or data products from discovery and validation through investment decisions and scale.
